Pakistan team celebrate ‘Pakistan Day’ with fans at Gaddafi Stadium

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced to dedicate Day Three of the ongoing third Test between Pakistan and Australia to Pakistan Day. On the occasion of March 23, ‘Pakistan Resolution Day’ the start of day three commenced with the National anthem of Pakistan.

Both the teams and fans stood in respect while the national anthem was played.

Meanwhile, PCB Chairman Ramiz Raja will personally distribute flags amongst the spectators. Around 2500 flags will be distributed.

The commentators’ team is also celebrating the day by wearing a green and white dress to represent the Pakistani flag.

It must be noted that Pakistan started Day Three with 90/1 in response to Australia’s total of 391 in the first innings.
