Pakistan Air Force Training Jet Crashes in Punjab During Routine Mission

A Pakistan Air Force (PAF) training aircraft crashed in Punjab province on Wednesday during a routine operational training mission, officials and security sources confirmed.

According to initial reports, the aircraft went down near the Mianwali district while conducting a standard training sortie. The incident is believed to have been caused by a technical malfunction in the aircraft’s engine.

Fortunately, both pilots onboard managed to eject safely before the crash, and no casualties were reported on the ground. The surrounding area was quickly secured by rescue and security teams following the incident.

Eyewitnesses reported seeing wreckage at the crash site, while emergency response units reached the location shortly after the accident to control the situation and collect evidence.
