Never underestimate the power of flowers and chocolates: Ranveer’s secret to Deepika’s heart

The Jayeshbhai Jordaar actor visited Deepika at her workplace to surprise her. To make the day extra memorable for his ladylove, he packed a bouquet and a box of chocolates to gift her.

Taking to Instagram, Ranveer uploaded a video showing Deepika working at her desk, wearing a white shirt and her hair tied in a bun. The Gehraiyaan actor was surrounded by other employees, all huddled together in a room, possibly having a meeting.

Ranveer also captioned the photo with a heartfelt description of the video. He wrote, “When she has to work on your anniversary, so you surprise her at her office.”

The superstar also shared an interesting message to his fans by highlighting how gifting your spouse “diamonds” is not necessary because sometimes only “flowers and chocolates” do the trick. “Ps: Never underestimate the power of flowers and chocolates. Diamonds are not needed. Take notes and thank me later,” he added.

After dating for six years, Ranveer and Deepika tied the knot on November 14, 2018, in Lake Como, Italy. All of their closest relatives and friends were invited to their two-day wedding celebration. Both a traditional south Indian ceremony and a north Indian ritual were held.
